BilingualReady is a preparation tool for reading, writing, and oral SLE practice. It does not administer the official PSC exams and does not guarantee any linguistic profile outcome.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of any profile or goal information you set. Do not share your credentials.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars through a secure payment processor, with applicable tax collected at checkout. Subscription changes, cancellations, payment methods, and itemised invoices suitable for an expense claim are handled in the billing portal, reachable from your account. Current prices are on the pricing page.
A new account includes a free trial of oral practice and full text access, with no card required.
The founding-member rate reduces the monthly price for as long as the subscription stays active. It applies to the monthly plan only and is open to a limited number of learners.
Fair use
Practice conversations and mock exams are sold as unlimited, subject to fair use.
Fair use: roughly 8 hours of oral practice and 8 full mock exams a month. Very few learners come close. If you do, we'll get in touch — we won't cut you off.
Fair use is not a cap and not a balance that depletes. Passing it does not end a session, downgrade the experience, shorten a mock exam, or reduce what you can do next. Mock exams are always full length, at every price. Session length is never a pricing lever.
Separately, and only to prevent automated or shared-account abuse, we may interrupt an account while we look into it if its oral use in a single month goes far beyond any individual learner’s practice — on the order of twenty-five hours of oral sessions in one month, however they are spread out.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
Annual subscriptions: Not for you? Full refund within 30 days. After the first 30 days, cancelling an annual subscription stops the next renewal and keeps your access for the remaining months of the year you paid for. Those remaining months are not refunded in part. Request a refund within the first 30 days from Contact us and we will process it manually.
Monthly subscriptions carry no advertised refund guarantee, because cancelling already stops the next charge. Refunds outside these terms are at our discretion.
Oral pronunciation clips
Pronunciation clips are optional and only saved when you explicitly opt in before an oral session. When enabled, short user-only audio clips may be used for pronunciation scoring and short-term playback access.
Availability
Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, or capacity constraints may affect access to some features.
Deleting your data
You can request app-data deletion from Settings. If you still have an active or unresolved subscription, cancel or resolve that subscription first from Billing.
