BilingualReady is a preparation tool for reading, writing, and oral SLE practice. It does not administer the official PSC exams and does not guarantee any linguistic profile outcome.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of any profile or goal information you set. Do not share your credentials.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription changes, cancellations, invoice history, and payment methods are handled in the Stripe billing portal. Free voice-session starter usage is limited to the amount shown on your billing page.
Oral session recording
Audio recording is optional and only happens when you explicitly opt in before an oral session. When recording is enabled, the audio may be used for pronunciation scoring and short-term playback access.
Availability and providers
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Temporary interruptions, provider errors, maintenance windows, or capacity constraints may affect access to some features.
Deleting your data
You can request app-data deletion from Settings. If you still have an active or unresolved Stripe subscription, cancel or resolve that subscription first from Billing.
