What we collect
We store your account profile, target SLE profile, curriculum progress, text-session answers, oral transcripts, scorecards, and operational provider logs needed to run the product reliably.
Audio recording
Audio recording is off by default. It only applies to oral sessions where you explicitly opt in before launch. Even when recording is disabled, transcripts remain the primary record of the session.
Third-party processors
We rely on third-party providers to run the product, including Stripe for billing, LiveKit for real-time session transport, Deepgram for speech-to-text, Gemini for conversation generation and primary voice output, Claude for transcript scoring and mastery analysis, Azure Speech Pronunciation Assessment for pronunciation scoring, and Google Cloud for hosting and storage.
Retention
- Transcripts and scorecards: retained until account deletion.
- Text-session answers: retained until account deletion.
- Audio recordings: retained for 90 days, then deleted.
- Provider call logs: retained for up to 1 year.
Deletion
You can trigger app-data deletion from Settings. If your Stripe subscription is still active or unresolved, cancel or resolve it from Billing first. External billing invoices may still be retained outside the app for compliance.
